MY GODSON JIM MADE HIS CONFIRMATION TONIGHT

My Godson, James Joseph was confined tonight at Most Holy Trinity Parish in Fowler.  He chose the Marion for his confirmation name in honor of our Blessed Mother.  I was also privileged to be his sponsor. 

Jim is so committed and knowledgeable about his Catholic faith.  He can read C. K Chesterton  and understand him!  He recently listened to some tapes I have on the writings of  C.S. Lewis and  he loved them. In this day and age it's neat to know a young man who takes his faith and love for Jesus Christ so seriously! My mom would be so proud!

The Bishop gave a great sermon.  He is so personable and  kind with the teens. The parish had a nice reception afterwords.
