MARIA MAKES HER FIRST COMMUNION

Linda and Chuck's youngest daughter, Maria Christine made her First Communion tonight at Most Holy Trinity Parish in Fowler.  She was so excited about receiving Jesus for the first time.  During the presentation of the gifts she carried up the Chalice.  Charlie and I happen to be Maria's Godparents.

Directly after mass the First Communicants went to Our Lady of Lourdes for the May crowning. I love being Catholic!   Maria wanted us to take her home since we only had the jeep with the back seat out she sat on my lap..........don't tell anyone!

Linda had prepared quite the feast for everyone!  It was a great celebration. Maria got a lot of nice gifts.  We got her Our Lady of Grace Statue and a few other little things.  She got four rosaries:)

It was a beautiful event!  We love you Maria!
